The New York Knicks played like a professional basketball team for roughly 20 minutes on Friday night against a nine-man Miami Heat squad. Was it enough? Not exactly.
The Heat rocked turned a close game into a double-digit lead by halftime, and straight-up clowned the Knicks in the second half en route to a 111-87 victory. Shabazz Napier hit every single shot. Mario Chalmers hit a half-court shot that didn't count. Miami grabbed 50 rebounds. It was annoying.
The Knicks had four guys in double-figures: Langston Galloway (19), Tim Hardaway (17), Jose Calderon (11) and Andrea Bargnani (11). Yes, Bargs is still playing...quite a bit, actually. It is what it is, I guess.
Recap to come.
