This tweet gave me infinitely more pleasure than any Knicks victory:
So, Billy King's giving Bargnani $10 million a year this summer, right?
— Brooklyn's Finest (@BKsFinestTHN) April 2, 2015
The Knicks repeatedly fought back from double-digit deficits, but ultimately fell to the Brooklyn Nets, 100-98. Cleanthony Early had 14 points in the fourth quarter, but air-balled the game winner at the buzzer. Andrea Bargnani scored a bunch of points, but was still ultimately trash.
So the Nets keep 8th place in the East and the Knicks move one step closer to a top-four pick. Here's hoping the Nets keep GM Billy King forever, and here's hoping he signs Bargs. Recap to come. Excelsior!
