There's been buzzing betwixt the Knicks and Cameron Payne all week, and now we have something close to a tangible representation of New York's interest in the Murray State point guard:
#Knicks will take a "serious" look at guard Cameron Payne, per a league source. They will work him out the week of 6/15. Yahoo 1st reported.

I don't know much about this dude! DX has him projected 14th, so perhaps #Keith is right in that previous link that Payne would be a trade-down candidate.
Here's his scouting report. We've got a KTP on him in the works, and I look forward to reading it. There's a mini-run forming on talented mid-major-ish point guards going in the lottery-- #6 Damian Lillard in 2013, #10 Elfrid Payton in 2014-- and uhhhh I don't know what else I have to say about that except that I know nothing about Cameron Payne and I have an adult enough brain to identify basic trends.
Here, watch a video:
He's fun as hell, you can tell.
So, to update the workout schedule (I'll get an updating, living post on this in motion if these workouts start to pile up):
6/8: Justise Winslow
6/9: Emmanuel Mudiay
6/15 (week of): Cameron Payne
6/16: Willie Cauley-Stein
6/25: The Draft
Weeee!
