Game Thread: Summer Knicks vs. Summer Lakers- 7/13/15

Hello from Las Vegas! I'm at the Thomas & Mack Center, where the Knicks are about to face the Lakers. The place is packed with 10% folks from L.A. here to see D'Angelo Russell and 90% disciples of the Church of Our Father Kristaps Porzingis.

But for realz, Kristaps taking reps against guys like Tarik Black and Robert Upshaw (and probably some Julius Randle) should be a lot of fun and an interesting test of his mettle. I'll be looking to see how a less-jittery Jerian Grant plays as well, and how Derek Fisher's Knicks make use of the Triangle. Unlike last year's Summer League squad, these guys seemed to use those sets less as a first option and more as a default if quicker baskets weren't available in Game 1.
