Carmelo Anthony will not play against the Raptors

A few players are questionable and some are out. Could be some game time decisions for tonight's contest between the Knicks and Raptors.

As you may already know, Carmelo Anthony has been resting with a sore knee. It happens to be the same knee that was operated on after the All-Star break in New York last year. He will not suit up for the Knicks tonight, instead hoping to play in the next tilt.

In an attempt to one up Melo for the Toronto All-Star break, Kyle Lowry hurt his left wrist in the Raptors last game against the Wizards. He's not the only one that can play this game however.

Take that, Masai! I'll see your engine/point guard and raise you an engine and a point guard. WHAT! Jose Calderon has ties to the Raptors in more ways than one. He played for them, yes. But he's been a fossil on defense for a bajillion years. Take care of that pork tender groin, Jose.

If there are indeed multiple no-shows, expect bigger roles and contributions from Langston Galloway and Cory Joseph respectively. Pre-season Derrick Williams has been on a tear lately and should be able to make his way to the line if he can coax the Kenpo fighting James Johnson, to be over aggressive.

Oh and lest we forget...
