Spurs 100, Knicks 99: Scenes from a nailbiter

The Knicks (yes those Knicks) nearly snuck away with a third consecutive road win down in the Alamo.

Kristaps Porzingis led the charge for New York but there wasn't enough juice left to eke it out. The Knicks battled with the Spurs and certainly had their chances. In the end there were too many stupid mistakes and not enough buckets to snap San Antonio's 30-game home win streak. Wanna see some?

Galloway takes on everyone to help drag the Knicks back into the game.

Buckets just seemed to come easier for the Spurs.

Arron Afflalo nailed a couple massive triples. He stunk it up just as often, and didn't seem to know why that was. Clyde Frazier seemed a touch disgusted.

It may have been a close one against one of the best two or three teams in the NBA, but a loss is a loss for these guys nowadays. Moral victories seem to be a thing of the past. Future does remain bright, however.

Put your shades on.
