The Knicks had their first true Knicks game of the season, whittling a 17-point deficit down to one before crapping out in the final minutes. Celtics 119, Knicks 107 is your final. The kids mostly played down the stretch for New York, and they tried their best, but they are still wearing the orange and blue, destined to lose fake-ass comebacks for all eternity.

Kristaps Porzingis started out hot, schooling Al Horford with the unlimited range:
And the unlimited hops:
But he did not play in the second half due to a sore groin.
Brandon Jennings once again brought the Garden do its feet with some fancy passing on the break:
He was also suuuuuper casual with the basketball, which is a serious no-no against this Celtics team.
Mindaugas Kuzminskas went hog wild in the second half (18 points, 10 rebounds) while Willy Hernangomez also dropped a double-double (12 points, 12 rebounds)
Recap to come. RJ Hunter is a dillweed.
