The Westchester Knicks released their roster, which includes Chasson Randle

The Westchester Knicks are set to kick off their training camp on Tuesday in preparation for Opening Night on Nov. 12. They released their preliminary roster, and New York fans can finally take a deep breath — Chasson Randle is on it:

What does this mean? Well, any NBA team (or any foreign club, for that matter) can sign Randle, but if he plans to play in the D-League he’ll be suiting up for Westchester.

Given that Randle still needs a few weeks to recover from a fractured orbital bone in his face, I highly doubt any NBA team is going to sign him in the near future. Teams — including the Knicks — will want to see how he comes back from the injury. Will Randle jump at an offer from a foreign club, or will he ride it out in the D-League?

As for the rest of the roster, Cleanthony Early and Damien Inglis have take two other affiliate spots. The only other returning Westchestrians are Jordon Crawford, Crawford’s sweet-ass man bun, Kevin Capers, Keith Wright and Devondrick Walker.

Let’s get some, W-Knicks!
