The Knicks blew a golden opportunity to reach .500 on Thursday; now they must restart that climb against a far superior Atlanta Hawks club. The good news is that they’re at MSG, where the Knicks have started the season a very respectable 4-2. That bad news is that they’ll playing in the J.R. Smith Memorial Sunday Matinee, which they never seem to win.
