The Knicks came into the United Center and were all set to blow another game with a stagnant fourth-quarter performance. Instead, they played the final frame like a team possessed, finishing off the Bulls with a barrage of Derrick Rose assists, Joakim Noah grit, Carmelo Anthony catch-and-shoot threes, and Kristaps Porzingis unicorniness. The Knicks wan out to a 16-point lead in the first half, only to blow it when the second unit came in. Still, the half ended on a high note, as Porzingis hit Rose with a lengthy heave, and Rose proceeded to school Jimmy Butler at the rim.
