Good evening! A long Western road trip begins tonight in Denver. There are things to report pre-game. Do you want the good news or the bad news first? Bad news? Okay. Lance Thomas, who's had some knee things, aggravated some sort of knee thing warming up:
Word is Lance Thomas was helped off the court during warm ups. Waiting for an update on his condition

Lance Thomas is out with a sore left knee

If he suffered some acute flare-up of a chronic problem...that's no good. I'm sure the Knicks will let him rest as long as he needs, I just hope it's not something that requires further attention. Doesn't sound promising. I imagine he'll have an MRI or something as soon as possible.
Okay, now the good news:
Porzingis is playing

Kristaps Porzingis's own left leg soreness kept him out of the win against the Pistons, but now he's ready to go. So that's nice.
And here's something else to keep in the back of your head: Phil Jackson is in Denver with the team and will join them, it seems, for the rest of the trip. Understandable! They're visiting some very nice cities, including the one containing his home and family.
That's what's up. Tip-off tonight is at 9 PM. This is your game thread. This is Denver Stiffs. Please don't post large photos, GIFs, or links to illegal streams in this thread. Please be kind and respectful to one another, and stay calm. Go the Knicks!
