The New York Knicks are bringing a contingent to this week's NBA Draft Combine in Chicago. No word yet on whether or not Phil Jackson with attend, but there will be a special guest star!

Now before you start sharpen your pitchforks, let's remember that Rambis was always going to be involved in the team no matter what happens with the coaching search. He went to the Combine last year with Derek Fisher, Steve Mills and most of the same gang. The best case scenario here is that Rambis is transitioning to a front office role. Just keep him on the payroll, Phil Jackson. MSG has been keeping guys like him on the payroll for years.
No word yet on whether super-scout and friend of the site Clarence Gaines will attend, but we're on the case.
