Kristaps Porzingis may already be bigger than Jesus (Shuttlesworth) in the United States, but that doesn't mean he has forgotten his humble pro beginnings in Sevilla. In particular, he still has a place in his heart for once-and-maybe-future teammate Guillermo Hernangomez (Mr. Willy if you're nasty).
The Unicorn is such a good friend, in fact, that he is taking the 3,500-kilometer trip (just guessing here ... I don't mess around with the metric system) from Latvia to Spain to watch Willy take on their old team:
Porzingis will be in Sevilla tomorrow watching his former team hosting Willy's Real Madrid @TommyBeer.

Willy played on Real's youth team before being loaned out to Sevilla, where he met a spindly young Kristaps. Together they took on the ACB and danced the night away:
That's teamwork, folks. Put these two together and the Knicks are guaranteed to win at least 60 games.
Willy has played sparingly for Real this season, so hopefully he gets to some time to impress his old fans and his basketball forever buddy.
