Knicks signing Maurice Ndour to a two-year deal

Stephen R. Sylvanie-USA TODAY Sports

According to David Pick, the Knicks have agreed on a two-year deal with our old pal Maurice Ndour! Only one year will be guaranteed. He's the fifth Spanish ACB graduate on the team now.

That's great news, team! Definitely worth a flier in the short term and no harm comes to the team in the long term. Ndour had an excellent Summer League in Las Vegas for the Knicks last year. He was subsequently signed by the Mavericks. He was then waived with an injury before the season began and moved to Real Madrid in Spain. By all accounts he seems like a great guy. Hey, come for the news, stick around for the memories, and wait til the end for Maurice to put the "Ewing" in interviewing.

He's the man! More recently Ndour chapped everyone's behinds in an effort to get Senegal to the Olympics leading all three qualifying pools in rebounds and blocks. Unfortunately his efforts weren't enough to push Senegal through.

If you want to get to know him a little more intimately read Rick Olivares' pastoral accord of this extravagant traveller.

Welcome, Maurice! And oh my, what a twitter handle you have!

Still one more space on the roster. I'm pulling for Lamar Patterson.
