The 2016 Olympics kicked off Friday night with the Opening Ceremony at the legendary Maracanã Stadium. More than 11,000 athletes will take part in the Games, but most of them aren’t Knicks so who the hell cares?
There were, however, three ‘Bockers from three different nations marching in the Friday’s parade. Let’s start with the Lithuanian Blond Bomber, Mindaugas Kuzminskas.

Kuzminskas wasn’t the only future Knick living it up Friday night in Rio; just check out Willy Hernangomez chilling with his brothers and sisters on the Spanish team.

This pic is by far my favorite, if only because it looks like Willy is the lead singer of a barbershop quartet.

Hola, my baby
Hola, my honey
Hola, my ragtime gal...
Finally, here is Carmelo Anthony and Team USA making their entrance. (Video courtesy of Harrison Barnes...hey, there had to be some reason they brought him along, right?)

As you can see here, Melo was clearly upset that other countries got hats, while he had to parade around hat-less, like some kind of rube.

Cheer up, Melo. Nobody wants to see a sour puss on opening night!
