Olympic Game Thread: Willy Hernangomez (and Spain) vs. Croatia- 08/07/16

The Knicks are 2-0 so far in the 2016 Rio Olympics. Does that record carry over into the regular season? WELL IT DAMN WELL SHOULD!!!

Large Spaniard Willy Hernangomez will go for the hat trick tonight as the Spanish national team takes on Croatia. Unlike Knicks compatriots Carmelo Anthony and Mindaugas Kuzminskas, Hernangomez will not start for Spain. He should see plenty of time, though, as starting center Pau Gasol is literally 95 years old.

Tip-off is at 6 p.m. ET. The game is supposed to be part of the coverage for NBCSN, and if it’s not on there you can always stream the game here, at NBC’s Olympics site.
