The New York Knicks arrived at West Point Tuesday night and got right to work with some slow-motion cycling and medicine ball bouncing:

On Wednesday the team got to work scrimmaging. The official team website was kind enough to post some highlights:

Woo! Kyle O’Quinn looks lean and mean, burying a long jumper from the top of the key and grabbing an offensive rebound. Poor Mindaugas Kuzminskas tried to check Carmelo Anthony in the post and felt the wrath of the Melo butt bump. Melo’s ass damn near knocked Mindy back into the stanchion.
And here we have some nice, old fashion ball-passin’:

Alright Alright Alright, Joakim Noah! That’s the kind of stuff we’re hoping to see from the big man. Melo had some high praise for Noah on his first days of camp, according to team website:
“He pushes you to go out there and compete every play, every time. If not, you’re going to hear about it. I think that’s something we’ve been missing, this team needed, this organization needed and I like it. We like it.”
Passion and passing, that’s what the 2016-17 Knicks are all about!
