Wizards 104, Knicks 100: Scenes from the ultimate preseason snooze-fest

Wow this was boring.

The New York Knicks played a basketball game Friday night which managed somehow to be light on intrigue even for the preseason. Neither Kristaps Porzingis nor Frank Ntilikina suited up for the ‘Bockers, setting off a minor existential crisis in any New York b-ball fan who dared tune in.

Let’s hope Frank and Kristaps are resting comfortably. for the game...the Knicks lost to the Wizards, 104-100. It was close! The starting lineup of Ramon Sessions, Tim Hardaway Jr., Courtney Lee, Michael Beasley and Enes Kanter (*makes the sign of the cross, sprinkled holy water onto keyboard*) played a decent first quarter. There was ball movement!

Sessions did some decent point guard stuff. He didn’t hit many shots (3-9 from the field), but finished with 5 assists and 5 rebounds.

Know who else was dropping dimes? Michael Beasley! 4 dimes!

He also blocked 2 shots!

Anyway, it was a basketball game. Stingy will recap it, and then we will probably never speak of it again.
