The New York Knicks practiced Sunday, and unfortunately the news isn’t very good for Tim Hardaway Jr., who left Friday night’s loss with a foot injury. Not only did Timmy miss practice, he isn’t a sure bet to play in Monday’s clash with the Los Angeles Clippers.
Tim Hardaway Jr. says he has soreness in the bottom of his foot. He’ll see how he feels when he wakes up tomorrow before determining whether he’ll play vs. LAC. https://t.co/0riBkAMLGm

I honestly didn’t even notice Tim’s injury during Friday’s game—I thought he left because the Knicks were getting blown out. Alas, Tim has been averaging 20 points per game over his last 11, so he will certainly be missed.
The Knicks did get some practice time out of Kristaps Porzingis, who doesn’t want to use his inflamed elbow as an excuse for his recent poor shooting.
“Maybe I didn’t make exactly the right decision when I’m attacking....I got to fix all the little details.... The elbow is not bothering me at all. I don’t want to blame it on the elbow.”
In other, more terrifying news, it appears that this elbow problem is a recurrent one.
Kristaps Porzingis said on Sunday that the swelling in his elbow - associated with bursitis - isn’t bothering him at the moment. Full quote here: pic.twitter.com/RB9SoaMiwr

Um...is that supposed to comfort me, Kristaps? It sounds like this thing keeps clinging to your elbow like a barnacle.
Whatever. Either get the surgery or be awesome again. Let’s go Knicks!
