These are trying times to be a Knicks fan. But haha so what? ALL times are trying times to be a Knicks fan, so we’re pretty used to it. Chaos is our middle name and dysfunction our leitmotif. So it’s time to settle in a bit and whistle past the graveyard. We’re going to ignore recent unpleasantness and look at pretty pictures. This is what we do!
In turbulent times the Knicks (like so many who flounder on the fields of futility) have turned to the four Fs - Food, Faith, Family and Fashion.
Ever wonder how elite athletes like Kyle O’Quinn and Ron Baker fuel themselves? Here’s (probably not) your answer:
If fast food isn’t enough, maybe religion can provide succor?
In time of trouble, when they think that I will stumble and fall,I call on Good Old Jah. Never let the evil triumph over me.Who do you call?

Justin Holiday has a much better answer:
“A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a time of adversity.”

But many believe that no matter how pious the players, the Knicks franchise has been cursed by an all-knowing and vengeful God for Acts Unspeakable. Only Mindaugas Kuzminskas seems to understand this and is working to undo the damage:
Release us from the Curse, Daug! (Bonus: our Cheese building more bridges where they have been burned)
One undeniably cool thing about this Knicks team is their enthusiastic participation in Garden of Dreams events, which leads to awesome pictures that are great PR and maybe even a little heartwarming:
(By the way I thought Lil Mason had pigtails and got excited but it’s just someone standing in the background.)

In the end, basketball players are just like us, and when times are tough look to their friends and team and family for support and wisdom. Except most of us don’t have teams and are a lot shorter.

(Willy has many brothers!)
What’s the plural of Hernangomez? Hernangomezes? Hernangomezi?
And when all else fails you can always slay.
Work it, Knicks! (and by “it” I mean “on defense”)
