This Week in Knicks Social Media: The trials and tribulations of Willy Hernangomez’s haircut

Hair, Fur, and a little Lithuanian

Greetings, Earthlings. This week is a quick buzz as we follow the saga of Willy Hernangomez’s haircut.

Willy himself begins:

Watch out for those scissors, Willy!

Maybe this isn’t a great idea?

Uh oh, visitors. Not good.

Here comes trouble?

You’d be a little nervous too, admit it.

Whatcha eating, Melo?

But betrayal comes from where you least expect it. Or for regular readers, from exactly where you’d expect it. Mindaugas Kuzminskas.

(Question: was Kuz taking all the pictures?)

Moral of the story: Don’t get your hair cut at the team practice facility. Maurice Ndour knows: keep your stylist separate.

From the best loctician @modlocks thanks for the maintenance and the style.

Kuz also had a little fun with teaching his teammates some Lithuanian for Independence Day (Lithuanian version). You can tell who must have really bad accents by who needs captions.

Laimingas nepriklausomybės dieną Lietuva!

You may have heard about some snow on the East Coast. Your ‘bockers (many of them from colder climes) were ready (with a little help from their sponsors).

Kuz is a real New Yorker:

Thanks @grungygentleman for preparing me for snowstorm with stylish @timberland

and his furry friend is pretty happy too:

Marshall Plumlee is ready:

Thanks to @getjackblack for prepping me to enjoy this NYC snowfall!

(That background is fake, right?)

But really no one is as ready for snow as our king, the man who relishes darkness and night, Carmelo Anthony:
