Looks like four out of five Knicks preseason tussles will be taking place in New York, three in Madison Square Garden and one in Barclays Center.
The schedule looks pretty similar to last season, except last year the Knicks played two games against Boston. It would be easy to say that the schedule makers put the Knicks against the Rockets for easy ratings in the event of a Melo trade, but they faced Houston last year too. Either way, that game will be interesting if a trade happens. My prediction would be Melo drops 30 in a 10-minute tune-up.
More interesting, however, will be seeing the Knicks take on the Nets twice. The Knicks, who were universally regarded as “failing” the offseason by the lamestream media, against the Nets, led by genius boy wonder Sean Marks. If Allen Crabbe out-shoots Tim Hardaway Jr. on October 3, the hot takes will block out the sun. And not some 70 percent bullshit, either.
Anyway, which preseason game are you most looking forward to? Let us know in the comments!
