So, how was your evening? Did you watch the New York Knicks play the Orlando Magic Sunday night? If so, then boy do I feel sorry for you.
The Knicks didn’t score for the first infinity minutes, went down quickly 10-0, lost the first quarter 30-10, and mercifully ended the night with a 115-89 defeat. They were lucky not to lose by 50. Oh, and the Magic were missing one of their two best players in Aaron Gordon. What a shit show.
Were there any bright spots? Let’s focus on the play of Mitchell Robinson, who broke the franchise rookie record for blocked shots in a single game. The official scoring might change later — he’s currently credited with 9, but one of his blocks appeared to belong to Allonzo Trier — but he definitely broke the record of 7 set by Kristaps Porzingis and Lonnie Shelton.
Very few positives in the Knicks embarrassing loss to the Magic; however, Mitchell Robinson has continued to compete.

He just blocked his eighth shot in the game, the most ever by an NY rookie pic.twitter.com/qnaZqpAqHZ
We can also give a shout-out to Kevi Knox, who scored 17 points, got to the free-throw line 10 times, and threw down this beauty of a jam.

Whatever. Crappy game. Alex will have the recap.
