Once again back is the incredible Knicks schedule. What you thought thanksgiving lasted forever? New York (5-14) is coming off a spirited win over the Celtics. They’ll be squaring off with New Orleans (10-8) who gave them a mean dose of reality when they initiated a fake comeback only to forget where the off switch was. The Pels, behind Anthony Davis, just pummeled their way back in and eventually huffed and puffed the Knicks’ brick house to the ground.
Who knows what on earth to do with Anthony Davis? He’s just too much basketball man. The place to make hay might rest with Tim Hardaway Jr. vs E’Twaun Moore. Tim has been on a tear and may need to have one of his best games of the season here to give the Knicks that puncher’s chance.
New Orleans is coming off a brutal one-point loss to Philadelphia and they didn’t get that good home cooking. So they’re gonna be plenty hungry.
