Knicks guard Frank Ntilikina has kept himself busy since returning to the United States two weeks ago from his native France. Recently, the no-longer rookie helped out a fellow 2017 draftee, Utah Jazz swingman Dononvan Mitchell, at his basketball camp in Greenwich, Ct.

Frank played the role of guest camp counselor, even showing the children how to Eurostep.

Ntilikina and Mitchell are good friends, connected through the draft and their mutual representation at the Creative Artists Agency (CAA-Knicks conspiracy alert!).

But don’t you go thinking Frank has been camping out, toasting marshmallows during his vacation. No, the Frenchise has been hitting the weights, getting all ripped and shit, per his interview with Marc Berman.

“I’ve added some weight and muscle. I spent a lot of time working on my body in France. I’m getting better and more comfortable with my skills and body. I had the chance to maximize my time and work on my body, which I didn’t have time to do during the season.

...

“I may still be growing.”

That’s right...the formerly 6’5” guard may now be 6’6”. At this rate, here’s a preview of Frank returning to MSG in October.
