Hello, friends. The work week is over, so let’s kick back with some slickly produced clips from New York Knicks training camp.
First, the guards:
Next, the veterans counseling Kevin Knox:
Apparently Emmanuel Mudiay has made some strides during camp. Word is he’s lost 10-15 pounds, and he’s not turning the ball over!
David Fizdale says Emmanuel Mudiay has been steady thus far, noting he may have the fewest turnovers of any Knick in training camp. Fizdale wants 2 ball-handlers in his lineups and prioritizes constant ball-movement. “If you can’t get it done in one second, get off it,” he says. pic.twitter.com/VIHIjODAFO

Given his lack of productivity on both ends of the court last season — and basically throughout the first three years of his career — Mudiay would have to play some extremely convincing basketball throughout the preseason to even earn consistent minutes for the Knicks. But if last year proved anything, it’s that somebody in the organization is a Mudiay fan. Will he win over David Fizdale? That remains to be seen.
In more intriguing news, center Joakim Noah, who is technically on the roster but isn’t with the team as he attempts to negotiate a buyout with the front office, posted this on his Instagram account before deleting it.

Perhaps the negotiations aren’t going so smoothly. Hopefully this is all resolved post-haste — nobody wants this to linger as we approach the regular season.
Let’s end with...floaters!
