It’s Lotto Day, boys and girls! The Knicks have a 9.0% chance of landing the No. 1 overall pick, which means there’s a good chance we are running out of time to fantasize about who they should take with that fantasy first pick.
P&T’s trusty prospect watchers — Stingy, Prez and Matt Miranda — each profiled a player they believe should be drafted first overall. Feel free to take a look at each profile, vote in the poll, and leave a comment to let us know who you think should go No. 1.
LaMelo Ball
The youngest Ball Bro has had such a wild and wacky pre-NBA career that Prez needed two articles just to profile him. Ball is known as an absolute play-making savant with a funky jump shot. Can he shoot well enough to fill his star potential?
Killian Hayes
While most draftniks see Ball as the top PG in the draft, Stingy prefers the Frenchman. Hayes has a rep as a less-gifted, though less volatile prospect, though his all-around game is impressive.
Anthony Edwards
Miranda surprised us all by preferring the shooting guard at No. 1. Edwards is the most physically impressive guard in the draft, though many question his feel for the game.
So who do you like?
