The New York Knicks held team practices this past week, quarantining together in a Manhattan hotel and then trekking to Tarrytown for workouts. They worked out on the court, they played hard off the court, and their social media team gave us a tiny glimpse of it.
We begin with RJ Barrett, perhaps the most important Knick of all. We know he has been working on the jump shot this offseason, and we got a tiny peak at it on Saturday.

Is it better? Is it better? I’m no shot doctor, but...I’m definitely no shot doctor. I have no idea.
But in case you were wondering if RJ is still ripped...

Speaking of guys who we hope can shoot, here’s two-way contract guy Kenny Wooten shooting corner treys, with encouragement from the vet, Taj Gibson.
The vet & the young fella.

Wooten attempted one three-pointer last season in Westchester (he missed), so it would be extremely cool if he became at least somewhat of a threat from the corner.
Oh, and here’s Julius Randle shooting, if that’s your thing.
All around the world. Straight cash

Here’s a very sensual Frank Ntilikina workout video. The Knicks know what we want to see!

Following the workout, the Knicks relaxed with some video golf and a ridiculous amount of food.
