Mitchell Robinson (fractured foot) is back to practice, roasting teammates on social media

The Knicks missed Mitchell Robinson.

It might not have been apparent immediately after the big man went down with a fractured foot on March 27, as backup centers Nerlens Noel and Taj Gibson held down the fort admirably. But neither of them had the size to contend with with Hawks center Clint Capela during the players. It was clear watching that series that Mitch needs to be the man down low.

That is why Knicks fans were pleased to see a photo of young Mitch back in action on his various social media accounts.

It’s great to see him back in training, rocking the Knicks colors. He had a rough year, suffering a broken hand early and the broken foot late. Also, he had to play most of his minutes with Elfrid Payton. Please get him a starting PG who can throw a lob.

But Mitch isn’t content with just working out; he wants to bring back the popular “Mitch’s Block Party” interview show. Who does he want as his first guest?

Ouch, Quick. That’s a pretty good impression, though, you have to admit.

Long story short, Mitchell Robinson is a treasure. Welcome back!
